Expenses with the receipt attached
Record fuel, rent, airtime, transport and salaries against a category, attach a photo of the receipt from your phone, and mark which ones carry VAT you can claim.
Your bank, mobile money and cash accounts
Keep an account for each bank account, each mobile money line and the cash box, and reconcile what the statement says against what the system recorded.
The reports your accountant asks for
Profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance and a VAT summary for the period — exported for your accountant rather than re-typed by them at a day rate.
A ledger behind the documents
Every invoice, payment and expense posts to a chart of accounts you can adjust, so a figure can be traced back to the document that created it.
Periods that match the filing
Run the VAT summary for the month the tax office is asking about and see exactly which invoices and expenses it is built from before anything is filed.

When does it launch?
Accounting comes after inventory, because it builds on the invoices, payments and purchases those modules record. Ask us to tell you when it ships.
Will it cost extra?
No. Accounting is included in the Business and Enterprise plans at today's published prices.
Does this replace my accountant?
No, and it is not meant to. It gives them complete records to work from and gives you the month-by-month picture in between their visits.
