One item list for selling and for buying
Products and services carry a code, a selling price, a cost and a VAT treatment, and the same list fills your invoices, your quotes and your purchase orders.
Stock that moves when you invoice
Invoicing an item takes it out of stock and receiving a delivery puts it back, so the count follows the documents you already raise instead of a parallel spreadsheet.
More than one store
Hold separate levels for the shop, the warehouse and the van, record transfers between them, and see where a line actually is before promising it to a customer.
Suppliers and purchase orders
Raise a purchase order, send it to the supplier, then receive it in full or in part. What is still on the water stays visible rather than being remembered.
Reorder before you run out
Set a minimum level per item and get the list of what to buy this week, instead of discovering the gap when a customer asks for it.

When does it launch?
Products and inventory follows sales and CRM, and shares the item catalogue built for invoicing. Ask us to tell you when it ships and we will write once, when it does.
Will it cost extra?
No. It is part of the Business and Enterprise plans already listed on the pricing page, with nothing more to pay when it arrives.
Do I have to count everything before I can start?
No. Enter opening quantities for the lines that matter to you and add the rest as you buy them. Anything with no opening count simply starts from its first delivery.
